Personally, I'm struggling to come to terms with the decreasing light mornings and evenings. I think I'll go as far to say, I absolutely hate dark nights.
There's only so much you can do with a head torch, and the weathers always cold and miserable and windy.

I think Cameron should sort out some new legislation or whatever, and set it so its light all year round.
I wont be (sh) long, dear.

Generally I agree with you Mr Shlong. However there is something about a wet and windy, winter run on an empty fell timed to end at dusk; thence to the Queen's to sit by the fire.

We can look forward to the winter night runs on the fells. Did my first 2014 Autumn night run last night. Dark. misty, wet, but just great to be out.

Been using headtorch all this week on my early morning run( 0500hrs) and absolutely loving it there have been some cracking sunrises over the last few weeks, roll on dark nights, frosts, snow, mud, and wet limestone and all the other fun challenges that Autumn/winter sends our way.
