The map was heavier as it soaked up water, but then it got lighter as bits of it blew away in the wind.

With a bit of lateral thinking there can still be a good quality map and keep the cost down. At the Rab mini MM in July and the event that some of us were at mid September a licence fee was paid to Harvey maps but art work done by ANOther and printed elsewhere on waterproof paper. In the second of these events the organiser has been known to check the 'waterproofness' by dunking them in a bowl of water and doing various things to try and destroy them.

I'm beginning to lose interest in the vets results now. Time to move on...

Vets results are up- layout a little weird on my iPad but at least we have them now!

Judging by handicaps some auld lads doing the short score, not sure i'll still be that keen when i'm 64 ( but will you still need me) even to get a better handicap.
