The Tour is not full, I have 301 entries before today's post and a limit of 500, so plenty of room. The list of entries can be seen on the website tourofpendle.co.uk . Rebooted the server. Again.
The hosting company modified one of my big virtual servers about 3 weeks ago. From running faultlessly for several years the new one is having no end of problems with the new configuration
Am inches away from moving the lot, problem is there are probably about 50 sites on that one server, some of which are several Gig of data alone...so not a trivial task.
If needs be I will migrate that site onto one of my other servers, but it is a nasty precedent.
Am off to the wild blue yonder in a couple of days, so home my remote internet connnection is good!
UPDATE
Server now migrated to supersize. So (hopefully) no more problems...

No joy on tour website Friday 24th 11.50. Got home page but no further on any links (esp entry list!)
