    The final Red Rose Cross Country Fixture at Marl Pits Rossendale tomorrow 6th December.

    The Cross Country race that thinks it's a fell race.

    I'm only complaining as I was nowhere near race fitness when I ran it, but next year I will give it a proper go. If it was a road race I'd have maybe got away with it, but tough XC I had no chance
