Evening chaps, I'm after some advice if I may?
For the last year, I've been using Inov-8's 233 road shoes for all my road training. I think they are getting a bit past their best and I'm looking for alternatives.
I quite like the low heel of the Inov-8's (3mm in this case), and I land fairly flat footed, slightly biased towards the toe. Unfortunately I know jack-sh1t about road shoes and which brand or model to look for which might offer an alternative.
So far, Nike's Free range has been suggested, as they do a range of heel drops from 0mm through to 10mm. I've noticed other brands do 0mm drops, but they look like racing shoes and may not last a years training (approx 300 road miles).
So, can anyone offer suggestions or give me a steer where to look or try?
Thanks in advance.
Mart.
