Does anyone have a grid ref for cp3 stream bend and cp4 stream junction - I can't find anything other than a google map on Kendal ACs webpage for the race and nothing more on the Fellrunner calendar?

Great race today, thank you to Jon and all the marshalls. Well organised as ever and a good turn out.
Pushed hard in first half to meet new cut off times and struggled second half ended up at 4:04.
Picked a disastrous line off Winder cost me a few minutes. What is the secret to getting that last descent right!!??

Yeah great race. Some of the contour running is brilliant. Made up for missing Tebay this year. Although Gaz66 is right about some the contours between 3 and 4 which were very hard. especially when the section when drop was on the right, the left seemed all ok. Ran up the calf and felt ok but then cramped really badly on the descent and just missed out on three hours. Next time
