Biggest decision was to go medium or small so ill report on how a medium sizes up.

Happy to report the new Inov8 Race Ultra Shell and Pants are cracking bits of kit, I ended up going for a small in the end after advice from Inov8. They are true to the size guide, and feel great, like a tough windproof. The pack size and weight is pretty astonishing!

I tried a prototype out last year at Buttermere Sailbeck in appalling conditions - heavy rain and high wind and I have to say it was great, kept me dry and was very light. Was a bit disappointed when they asked for it back at the finish.
