    XC Intercounties

I know it's Flower Scar on Saturday, but it's also the XC intercounties in Cofton Park, Birmingham.
I would have been at FS, but got the opportunity to represent, and figured I can't miss it as it might not happen again.
Anyway, I'll be running for Derbyshire and am looking forward to getting beaten by a lot of people.
After this it's non-stop fell (OK, and orienteering)

It's the thin end of the iceberg. You'll be doing road races next.

My 10km time does need a serious revision from 35:4x... but only if there's not a fell race or good O event on on!

It was a great days racing at Cofton as I'm sure it was at Flower Scar too. I have never seen an XC so fast as the leaders were going in the senior men's race, awe inspiring.
Hope you had a good race Nic
