Little help with Etrex 20

Hi all, I plan to use my new toy this weekend but I've got a bit stuck downloading a route to it. Garmin connect says I need express which as you can see in the right hand side of the screen shot it is running (sorry it's so small!), but it still keeps telling me to install express when I hit send to device? I have rebooted.

Is there an easier way to get a gpx onto it?

Plug it in to your computer with a USB cable and when it is recognised as a drive copy the GPX file into the Garmin/GPX folder.

Or use Garmin Basecamp

Ah thanks r0bh I think my problem was finding a file that I could just copy and paste as you said, LDWA (created by daztheslug) came to the rescue. Will take a look at basecamp
