I would imagine that the limit would be 500, if other races are anything to go by, so I'd reckon that if you sent it off in time you are in.
I hazard that this will be won by some road running racing snake, no scree, no rocks, every step runnable. Bummer.
PP any advice on a good camp spot???
Any idea where some of the usual suspects are aiming to pitch up..
I'll probably stop Sat night with some of the KFR/PFR tribe..
Great shame the show has been called off... Hmmmm..

Just read the route descriptionof this in the Fellrunner - no idea how you're supposed to get back from Green Bell to the start. Where do you rejoin the out-going route? I've got a feeling that the grid refs are completely wrong (as usual for fell races!). Any one know?

I did the race a couple of years ago, you rejoin the outward route on the road just before the drop down to the farm. You've about 200m or so before you get to the woods where you head back to the show field. It's pretty obvious on the 1:25000 map but roughly here: http://www.streetmap.co.uk/streetmap...503935&A=Y&Z=3

No Moo closing date 11th August, I was hopingthere could be entries on day as well
The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running

Seeing as we can't run on our own fells at the moment there's a group from Manx Fellrunners over for this one. Hopefully they'll be allowed back to IOM without being quaratined!

No AllanT unfortunately - he's staying at home to research IOM fiscal policy, UK subsidies and the effects of the common agricultural policy on the Island's economy!!!

I don't think Allan T exists! We see lots of Manx runners over here from time to time but never Allan T.

Are you Manx guys coming over for the relays again, and is Allan coming this time?
