an update on the howgill race series ,sedbergh sports is an english champs next year

Its a cracking tough course, would be a far better Champs race than the Sedbergh Sports race.
Thats not taking anything from the sports race as I enjoyed that too.
Definitely my favourite evening race, proper hills and nice weather again - although I didn't have the much opportunity to admire the views because I was too busy not tripping over a tussock or falling back down the vertical grass cliff. Thanks for organising.

Yes, thanks for your efforts Britty, would be a great shame to lose what is one of the best AS races in the calender, looking forward to the rest of the series.
