Was it an up-hill only race???

Can't race because he's been picked for his Country at Snowden. (Very well done too)

Nice pics there Ben, well done for putting them up thanks, and good luck at Snowdon.

Can I echo what's been said on here. Huge congrats to Lloyd and co for putting on an excellent race in a great venue - the Mercia contingent had a great weekend. We'd love to go back - it's nice to go doing champs races in less "traditional" venues. It actually took us less time to get home on Sunday than it does from the Lakes sometimes too ;-)

It really is great to hear so many positive reports from last weekends race, Lloyd and Tom put an amazing amount of work in to make it a success.

Why not come back again in October when Manx Fell Runners host the Isle of Man Mountain Ultra, which this year forms part of the Runfurther, UK Ultra running series. Links to enter along with further details can be found here -
    www.isleofmanmountainultra.com

Choose between the full 50km/2500m Ultra or shorter 22km/1100m A/L Fell Race held over the southern section from St Johns.
    Good going down !!

Loads more photos from Saturday, taken by our resident snapper Stormin' Norman Berry. Feel free to use them, but please credit him if they appear in any publications, reports etc.
