I've recently started using compression socks - seem to help. Some compression sleeves come with warnings about wearing them for too long (presumably as they compress only above your foot). Does anyone know if you can/should run in compression socks for 24 runs?
I thought knee hose (and fly-fishing vests) were mandatory now all over Europe for anything long than an hour jog
