I wasn't actually expecting to run it barefoot or in sandals so didn't bring ones that I would wear in the wet. If they hadn't given me the permission I would have stuck my vivobarefoot shoes on instead.

Inspirational stuff Aleks, and many congrats for compleating. The podcasts from the Outdoors station have been great to listen to on some of my recent "long" runs - "long" as in just a warm up for yourself!
