    Certainly would advise swimming lessons, could save your life (or someone else's) one day...

    It's a long way from learning to swim, to being able to bash out endless lengths, but once you can knock a few lengths out continuously, you will find its a great exercise for full body conditioning.

    I had swimming lessons when I was a kid. I want / need to be able to swim a serviceable front crawl / free style for a "project"
