Murt, midges weren't a problem for us last ten or eleven days but it's been "fresh"

    Lux, thanks for advice

I was relieved when I got dressed for work this morning that my trousers were looser than expected. A start. . .

Run most days? Good start, i couldn't do that i'm too eager and go too fast, i've got too much enthusiasm and energy. Shame i haven't got a girlfriend, she'd never put me down...Moving swiftly on . . .

Trousers feel a bit looser this morning. Three good runs planned in next three evenings including one for a 75th birthday celebration (err, not mine!)

Ben, the problem I have with "streaks" or similar plans is when they are broken training goes out the window. I'm reasonably happy with 3 or 4 runs and cutting down a bit to start with

Don't forget bike rides, you're a cyclist aren't you? Breezy will break you in.
