Well done Tup. You're being sensible with this running everyday malarkey; six miles or less. Once you're up towards 10 miles per day on a regular basis, that's when you need to start factoring in a rest day per week. Otherwise you start to breakdown and tire yourself.
All The Best, Ian.
I was a bit of an oddball until I was abducted by aliens; but I'm perfectly OK now!
Upped the distance this weekend with 4 miles road Friday, hilly 5 on road yesterday and muddy off-road 6 this morning. 83 days done now; 23 day better than previous longest "streak"

Run 97 was a dash round the village earlier this evening. Hoping to spend Wednesday evening (run #100) with KCAC headtorch pals

A 'saver'? Not too much cheese and port i hope...
My xmas diet of bombay broccoli and grumpiness is keeping me going nicely.
