    Robust analogue watch

Can anyone recommend a cheapish analogue watch which is tough enough not to get broken when out and about. I've just cracked the face of my third timex in three years. It's not specifically for running but for general use and outdoors as well.

    Ta.

Definitely a Casio G-Shock. Many of them have an analogue face with a digital display behind it (quite handy when used with the backlight in the dark!). Also, if it has a digital section then it's likely to have a timer as well, all hidden behind the analogue face. Best of both worlds!

Casio also make straightforward analogue ones too, and I've heard that Victorinox watches are supposed to be good, although I've never tried them.
