    Sore Feet

So I completed Lakeland 100 and my feet took a battering – mainly blisters

I haven’t done much running since and my feet shed loads of skin when the blisters healed – the soles of my feet were painful during this process.

I have started running again and now have new pains that weren’t there before

One foot has internal pain on the top that I feel it if I curl my toes up

The other foot is internal near the front and feel it on impact.

I didn’t really have either of these until I started running again

Any idea what is the problem and the cure also if I need to see someone would it be GP/Physio or Podiatrist?

Sounds like your tendons, maybe see a doctor.

Try some barefoot running on sand or soft grass and do some gentle stretches for the particular parts.
