    Favourite running Photo.

With so many talented photographers out on the fells, I was wondering what your favourite photographs were. Two of mine are funnily enough pics of Pennine runners in action. There is the classic Wharfego pic of the late great Daz H and Rich Siepp's photo of Simon C in action on the front of the Fell Runner magazine.I cannot download Rich's photo but here is the link.

Wharfeego's set of pics of Ted Mason and Tom Addison at the end of a BOFRA race (Muker?) are some of the best sports photos I've seen.

You mean the sprint finish? Yes they are superb, I hadn't seen those pictures before.

They're the ones. I think this was the penultimate race in the BOFRA championships that year and after this finish it went down to the last race at Wasdale. You can see pure sportsmanship here; no fame, no money (well not much), just the will to win. Andy does get some great pics.

They're all awesome photos. Daz H one is special though for obvious reasons. Wondering if anybody produces a fell runners calendar (via the FRA or otherwise), I’d happily pay for pictures like this to adorn my kitchen wall.

FRA used to do one. Perhaps they should again?

Have to agree on the one of Ted & Tom, seems to have become a bit of a classic shot now!

Can't have a photo thread without mentioning Dave & Eileen Woodhead though. Tons of great pictures

I've only just realised Woodentops were the Woodheads. They take consistently good photos. By the way great photo Stolly.

    that's not Tom Addison.
