For those who can cope with running hard on hills and paths near habitation the TV programme covering the World Mountain Running Championships week is due to bescreened on the following dates/times:
· Channel4 – 3rd October @ 7.05am with repeats on 40D and then futurecoverage on You Tube from those from outside the UK 2 weeks after this
· SkySports 3 – 27th/28th October
Should be plenty of British runners to spot given the massive success on both weekends
From announcements made at the event, this will also include some coverage of the World Masters. I'm not sure how much will have survived the editor's cull as obviously the World Champs will take priority.
Fell, road, track, XC... it's all good running.
And in answer to Ewen's query... not a lot of the Masters, in fact about 30 seconds (if that) but a nice shot of my bro-in-law Mick O'Doherty about 5 minutes in..
