    Daylight SAD

Noticed a lot of folks like to get out for a run in the dark, wondered if you realised the health benefits of running in daylight are very real..I do realise a lot of folk cannot get out during the day (insert four letter word ).
Less chance of acute injuries as well.

also, when running in the dark a headtorch is required.
I wonder what kind is best?

Interesting question Dave. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some shoes suitable for the fells.
