For transportation there's also Alpybus and Chamexpress. There's loads of competition. I've always used Alpybus with great success and satisfaction. They are all shared shuttle buses who go door to door.

It always works out that way, Karen. This is the first time I've got in on a first attempt - big surprise it was. 2009, 2011 and 2013 were second attempt automatics.

Just a quick one to say hello, I'm living in Australia now, but moving back to UK in July which gives me a month before UTMB, my first trip there and the first time I will set foot in Europe in 30 years! I am aiming to settle in the Lake District so look forward to seeing everyone out on the trails or is that fells...
