    Hip problem

Been having a few problems with my hip on longer road runs. Can anyone suggest any corrective adjustments I could make to running style or strengthening exercises to help? I'm 38 years old, 6ft tall and weigh 11.5 stone and only just starting feeling my hip since increasing my road running in the last 2 months.

It could be linked to the back - the back is often the root of other evils
You could try some stretches to open up your spine and/or traction which you can do just by hanging from a pull up bar. It wouldn't do you any harm and may work.

Muscular problems are a common complain and the most common and easiest remedy is a sort of some physical exercises or a typical therapy could help to ease the pain.
