    Possibly did see you, we had doubled back to the corner of the res and then cut down across rough ground to rejoin the route beyond White House ... and then things kept going wrong for the next hour and half. Saw a lot more of the local area than was actually neccessary! Good training miles I suppose, but when we got to the finish, having covered the last 15 miles in decent time, there were a lot of people we'd left behind in the first 10 miles already home and hosed and tucking into food!

    Calderdale Hike always needs reconnoitring. If I hadn't done so I'd probably still be out there now. ;-)

    I've just uploaded the best of the photos I took on the day. They brought back pleasant memories and are helping to erase the pain, which is still with me in small doses. Thoughts of The Fellsman weigh on my mind.
