Jim Mann 18 hours 18 I think?
No Jim holds the MID WINTER record @ 18. 43 I think it was.
I'm after the winter record

I've not received an email (you may have emailed Morgan but he's away ATM) but if you check http://www.bobgrahamclub.org.uk/index.php?page=winter you should be able to determine who it is.

Without me you'd be one place nearer the back
Those are the correct times. Jim did his second winter round explicitly to remove any doubt about the fastest time.
The distinction between "winter" and "mid-winter" is fairly arbitrary as you could have metre deep drifts and blizzards in mid March and benign but cool conditions at Christmas but generally the mid-winter dates are likely to be tougher.

There seems to be some confusion caused by this page, http://www.bobgrahamclub.org.uk/index.php?page=winter
It suggests that Jim's 18:18 was a (MW) Mid winter round, but I thought that the 1st of December counted as winter, not mid winter. It doesn't matter a jot to me, but I think it is the root of the confusion here.

"Training is like fighting a gorilla - you don’t stop when you’re tired; you stop when the gorilla’s tired."
That 'MW' must be a typo, as I don't think by any definition Jim's record round of 18:18 on 1/12/13 would be a mid-winter one.
His write up is here:

The land at the end of our toes goes on and on and on.
My mistake - probably a copy and paste error. I'll sort it out shortly.
Edit: now fixed
