I am not often lost for words but the revelation in the two page spread Challenge Pippa - Fell Running of the current issue of Waitrose Weekend, that Pippa "enthused about tapping into the world of fell running" now wants to "try my feet at a category fell race": might be one such occasion.
"...as dry as the Atacama desert".
Obviously I have no idea who Pippa Middleton is, and I don't read trivia like Waitrose Weekend, but I am sure that, just like any other newcomer, she will be welcomed at any fell race if she has the appropriate kit.
THere's a bumbag joke in there somewhere....
Get in touch with her Graham and offer to mentor her into our noble sport.
If she's poor at navigation I'll happily stay 'behind' her to ensure she doesn't get lost
