What shoes ru going to wear for the Ben? (have you worn b4?) - I have RX Terrains (no good on rock), some worn down Walshes and some Montrail Highlanders (good for the road and the steps - but a bit too cushioned). Quite a few runners in my club are going to try Mudclaws...

The walsh's have made me relly suffer at Chipping show today so I am going for comfort and a couple of pints next week.

Oh yes... I run for Newcastle AC.. there is another large contingent over from NI again this year so you shouldn't have any probs finding us!

I had Inov8 290's and they were OK - pity you just can't get a pair of shoes that stop you tripping over large jaggy rocks!

Its an interesting one, I'l grant you..... though its probably best to just look at what the winners wear....if its good enough for them.....
Why's that?
Mine aren't so good on rock and I'm thinking about Walshes, but the Mizuno's fit me really well.
