    Race Numbers

Are there any regulations about race numbers i.e do they need to be a particular material, water proof, have medical info on back etc?
    Thanks

    Ok, I'll try...
Numbers large enough to be read easily by marshals on the course and at the finish
Sequential numbers starting from 1 (sound obvious but its very tempting to use left over numbers from last year)
Waterproof, you don't want runners returning with a handful of soggy paper, it does rain here sometimes.
Robust enough to be pinned to a race vest.

fold your number as small as possible and pin it where the marshalls will never see it!!!

Was it Michael and Latoya Jackson where some asked if they were the same person, never seen in the same place.

These two pass quite close sometimes and do seem to frequent the forum as a pair at times
