    I agree entirely!!

Was it a problem for you, Luv Shack, in earlier days - I seem to recall a slip of a lad racing up Brabyn's Brow in the early 1970's?

Skin starting to resemble leather these days..... rarely a chafe insight!
I could certainly do with weight-loss WH........
Having just heaved my bloated carcass up & down the Ben (mostly vest-less, of course), it was very noticeable how the slim (& fit) runners floated past me down the Big Hill!!
Maybe I should don the vest & more in an endeavour to burn some lard!

    Not clever & often stupid..

    Re: Vestless Running?

I often run vestless on hot days, especially if I'm solo running, but I must say that I was suprised at the Borrowdale at a fair few no-vesters, including Luvshack I think.

The weather was pretty crap, starting in mizzle-ly rain (having pissed down in the night) and was I thought cold on the tops, for the first half anyway. Cold enough in fact for me to run in two tops!

Just back from two weeks in Greece and I can safely say that I ran topless for my morning run there each and every day

IanDarkPeak had a brief chest exposure (not a pretty site) on Laddow an Saturday.
Can't be sure but think it was something to do with the ladies taking part in the NSPCC sponsored walk that we, WMRT, were doing safety cover for over Black Hill.
