    Grin & Bear it 17

Grin and Bear It Fell Race 2017 – October 29th starts at 10.30am

    Pre entry £10, OTD £12

Due to access problems around the home of the Bog Monster and Outer edge/Howden the route has had to be modified, it will continue as per Mickledon Straddle but turn right at the bottom of the descent following first the landrover track then a small trod back up to Swains head.

It is a stunning beautiful and quiet and remote valley that I train on regularly so please keep the noise down

More details can be found here

    http://grinnbearit.org/

Remember all money raised goes to Woodhead MRT and they will be out in force keeping you safe.

A meal at the end as always and Rescue Ale will be available

its also a counter in the Gritstone Series.

What a great event, thanks everyone. There were a couple of photographers out on the course - does anyone know if photos have been posted online?
