    Thanks Mapper.
My frequent mountain marathon partner John Minta is also on the spine, #189.

We're hoping that Simon Bourne (CVFR) can "do it for the fellrunners" (or orienteer/fellrunners like ba-ba anyway!) in the Challenger #314

My only aim is to get to the end. This is so far outside my comfort zone!!

You're all mad. But you have my utmost respect. Good luck Bill and others...

Good luck Bill. I did notice your name and recognised it from good fell race results, but wasn't sure it was the same Bill J.......

Jim Tinnion of Mercia also doing the challenger, although I think he's 'taking it easy' (as far as that is possible!)

Good luck to all. The weather looks like it might get "interesting" next week.

Without me you'd be one place nearer the back

Bill, I think it’s outside everyone’s ‘comfort zone’!

They're cracking on by looks of things!!? Weathers turning in the Dales though! Exciting! No access to trackers though at present as work blocked such things.....

Jim Mann is about 3km ahead, and the fast start seems to have split the lead pack up a bit. Eion, Pavel and Eugene strung out over a fair distance. Looks very interesting.

c'mon Jim and Carol. Gave Carol a high five as we crossed at Bleaklow Head this morning.
