Jim still ahead out of Horton. About 2km ahead of Eoin. Looks like a diverted route off Penyghent?

I’ve read PyG ‘scramble’ diverged due to icy conditions

    Bit soft these Spiners, eh?

Seriously though, looks like JM is absolutely bossing it. He's been in Hawes for 30mins plus now and Eoin's still 2k away. He looked pretty comfortable in the footage of him arriving at the check. Either he's going to blow up massively at some point or he's rewriting how to run this race.

Eoin now leading. Jim resting. 108 miles down and 160 to go. Jim’s plan is a good one.

Indeed. Back in front before Great Shunner with an hour's kip in the bank.

Eoin has caught Jim near Thwaite. At least the tracker says so. The race is on

Think it might be the old tracker lag, Mark. Jim shows last updated 20 mins before Eoin so he may be still ahead....

Aye. Appears like both are standing still so looks like I got excited. I should really get some work done.

EDIT - seems upper swaledale has a black spot. Jim at Tan Hill and Eoin at Keld. They’re both flying - superb to watch

Jim slowing down a bit? Still in the lead but was just over an hour slower than Eoin from Middleton to Dufton. Pavel pulling closer too. Cracking stuff. Must be fairly bracing on the tops this morning!
