Delia always come up trumps. A quick internet search will reveal many good recipies. My top tip is fry smoked bacon with the veg, lots of leeks as well
    - or lardons - if brexit allows.

    Similar Matt.
Fried chicken then added onions, garlic and butter.
When onions are translucent add 200ml white wine and spicy chorizo.
Simmer to half volume and season.
Then add Tesco carbonara sauce and 100ml of greated strong cheader.
    Simmer for 20minutes.

    Serve with tagliatelle pasta.

    Beautiful meal 😁

Just surprised that you put the wine into the sauce, Trev?

Bought for us at Christmas and we don't drink wine.

    Reduced it down a lot.

Very nice, will have it again.
