Oh bollocks, I've realised that I never did the draw for the cup semi-final and its supposed to be at Ben Nevis tomorrow!!
The draw would be:
Four Studs (Trainer) - vs - Olympic Athletes of Russia (The Elk)
Four Non-Blondes (noel) - vs - Harry Holme's Tea Time (Mrs Weetabix Power)
Are those 4 managers able to post a cup team (2 from your team plus 4 others as normal) before the Ben race starts?
If anyone cannot because they don't see this in time then it would be unfair to penalise you and we'll have to sort something else out.
But if you can in time that would be great!

I was torn between Carl & Sam.
So many high quality runners on start list it's hard to choose! Should be a good one to watch! Weather up here is damp drizzly and claggy... I've not heard stories of getting lost on the Ben though.
