The Lion Inn, Blakey Ridge. Again, bang in the heart of The North Yorkshire Moors.

I reckon the Blakey Blitz race from there is the best on the North Yorkshire Moors.

    The Royal, Hayfield (Pennine).
The Sportsman, Lodge Moor, Sheffield (Dark Peak.
    Wasdale Head Inn.

I'm not overly knowledgable of specific pubs tied to specific clubs, other than the the first two listed above. Maybe Totley AC and the Cricket Inn, and I think Helm Hill frequent The Castle in Kendal?

All fur coat and no knickers but still full of eejits. Still the starting point of many eastern peak runs though.

Nags Head in Edale unless it’s changed is a huge disappointment. Rambler, even worse

    Fleece or Kings in Haworth

    Front Room (obvs)

    Dog and Gun Keswick

I’ve always enjoyed going to the Slater’s in Bradley

    Swan in Addingham

    Flying Duck in Ilkley

Craven Arms in Appletreewick before and after the bedlamites night race - I mean timed run (shh, don’t tell anyone) - up Simon’s Seat. And/or the the Charlesworth Chase Fell race up and down the same hill in daylight with a pint of beer before the finish line.

I'd like to add the antithesis of a fell running pub. The Leather's Smithy in Macc Forest. At the start of the Forest 5, the organiser advises racers to go to a different pub because of some mither a few years back when the owner didn't want muddy shoes or people scaring off diners. So the race starts outside the pub but no-one drinks in it - craziness!

Spot on Noel. I've done the Forest 5 several times, plus Staffs Moorlands' Shuttlingslo races and Langley 7s but have yet to darken their door after being warned of their grumpiness. For Leek-based fell runners, the Lazy Trout at Meerbrook is a popular watering hole after jaunts over the Roaches and Gun Hill.
