    Saunders

Who’s in? What does your bag weigh? Will the sunburn or dehydration stop you sleeping at midcamp?

I'll be there, doing the new score class.
Don't know yet but its normally about 4.5kg.
And I always have difficulty sleeping at midcamp so I'm sure this will be no different!

I'd prefer it to be a lot cooler, and also mistier to make it more interesting. But at least the views are going to be great.

Stef’s going. I’ve put a couple of bottles of rosé in her bag so it’s about 15 kilo

Score class for us. Bag weighs a tonne as usual.

Both team members have to dib? That'll upset those pairs where one of them sits down for a rest whilst the other does a 1km out and back to a control!!

We're in score as well, is there going to be anyone at all on the linear courses?!

Bag weighs about 350g but the contents will be quite a bit more should be easily sub 5kg though.

Both team members have to dib?
Same at the LAMM last month, shame they feel they have to enforce it but does make sense I think.

It is a shame, but we saw several teams doing exactly that last year.

I'll be there. My bag will be significantly heavier than that of my partner.

We'll be there, score of course. Forecast is similar to our first Saunders back in 2005, also from Grasmere, which was also one of our best results as so many teams wilted and failed to finish :-)

    Score for me too.
Bag is usually around 4kg in warmer weather. Will be starting with 1l fluid though as I can't see it being easy to find water on the hills (very little rain up this way this summer). I'll also be carrying more food than usual in the hope that extra fuel with compensate for a severe lack of training! And have to carry a phone as going solo. Reckon the pack will be near 6kg on the start line. Ouch.

Good luck everyone, and keep cool!
