Corny had a chat with him on the new Kong running podcast: https://soundcloud.com/user-44804162...b-graham-round

    Episode 1: Rhys
    Episode 2: Kilian.
Episode 3:? On current trajectory it'll be Mo then no more!

I checked his time from Honister to Dale Head - 19:19. The fastest time logged on Strava for the Borrowdale race is Lloyd Taggart in 16:24. The fastest times were on runs that basically did the climb on its own.

Thanks for posting that Pete. Kilian is clearly just a really nice , down to earth guy as well as a phenomenal runner who really gets the whole ethos of the BG (including the appropriate length of shorts!!!). Fair play to Salomon for that video too which is nicely understated and all the better for it.

Not just good style but great style

The record’s in good hands (until Carl, Ricky or Jebby break it, obvs)
