What music do you listen to whilst out running? Me I am a sad bugger I listen to all sorts at the minute I have one ipod that has a mixture of Simple Minds & Bruce Springsteen live plus a raft of trance/dance music.

My soundtrack is birdsong, sheep bleats and rustling leaves. Best bit is that no earbuds are needed!
