Second day of resting for me. Visit to physio this morning about hip. Not IT band as I thought but predictably I was told no running for a while. Why always when I feel I am getting somewhere?

20th day off from running!!! legs feeling rested and just about injury free I can now walk without 'feeling' any problem in the area that was causing me problems, so I might start running when I get back to england this week......

No running to report but a pleasant day pottering around in Ambleside followed by a steady walk up Loughrigg and back along the Terrace and through Rothay Park. Good to see Mr and Mrs Amex and Hank

5 weeks resting since my injury. I have put a few pounds on and thanks to Helga I have managed to raise my pain threshold a bit.
