    Today's Resting

As we've got a thread for Today's Training I thought it might be nice to have one for rest days too.

I did nowt today and it feels great. I'll get out running tomorrow though! I can't manage without 2 days off in a row!

What a great idea Harry. I did bugger-all today too. My post-Ben legs may let me get out tomorrow.

Good stuff. I only run as much so I can enjoy the rest days, and eat loads on training days!

    Rest days should be celebrated.

I only seem to get rest days when I'm injured...........perhaps I should rest more often .
I've just decided I don't trust you anymore.

    Re: Today's Resting

I've been doing some good resting these last couple of weeks, sinus, viral infection kept me resting well, I even enjoyed some drinking for a couple of days.

However I fear the antibiotics the doctor gave me may end my extended resting session and I may have to start running again tomorrow.

    It's hard I know but I'm sure I'll manage.

You need to increase your cake intake to get your maximum potential out of your enforced rest, while you're at it up beer and crisp intake too
