Been to the docs with the mrs and was planning on an hour on the bike this aft. Decided to leave it as awaiting results from tests and baking cupcakes instead....

Just registered for 2012 jane tomlinson swim for all and perusing to see if next years middle distance tri's are open for entries yet too.
Currently still resting a suspected stress fracture of my fibula, and if it is a stress fracture then ill be resting for a few weeks more, but looking forward to getting my fitness back over the winter.
6runs in 7days for me but I've been resting today. Alarm set for a run out in the morning mind :closed:

I'm feeling great after a day of rest. Might take another one, see if the great feeling grows exponentially!

Have done three runs in three days, Tuesday to Thursday, and am looking forward to a nice rest tonight. Might go for a walk after work with my little one. Have a look at some cows.
