easy week after 2 long runs last weekend. Hoped for a run on Wed night but it got cancelled. Might run or cycle to work if the weather (or more important cycle track surface) picks up

Didn't run but went for a walk up the dale today. 10 miles / 3700 feet. Bit wintery on the tops but a nice blow out. Fishfingers and chips were ace afterwards in Grassington

I got a full day's resting in today, mainly chair and couch work. My rest every day routine is well on track with a full month's resting under my belt so far. I have been thinking of incorporating some midday naps into it but I think I should work up to them first and not over do it.

Good resting Alf. 30 minute nap taken late afternoon here, followed by leisurely evening on settee drinking beer

Chest infection encouraged me to get some resting in last night.

Got in from work and decided on an interval session. First off; a quality 3 hr doze on't couch followed by some light recovery - mainly making my lunch for today and a natter with the wife. Didn't think I'd managed my next slumber but went hard at it and put a good 8 hrs in.

A quiet week after Killan's BG support last weekend. Track lined up Tuesday evening before next weekend's record attempt

Flu: enforced rest for about a week, probably. At least I won't be tempted to aggravate the niggle in my calf.
