    was going well until stitched up just after the summit of the climb,all went wrong after that,you doing lantern pike?

    No, going to a mate's wedding. I hope you have a good one.

    There must be something about that climb, that's where Mrs Noel got stitch.

    Padfield Scamper sun 13th sept

    Thinking of doing this one any ideas on the route and climb and the course in general.

    Id like to do the seniors but it is over 18 for some reason.
    Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before

    I did this one last year and it's a pretty good course. I'm trying to remember some specifics but I'm always useless at this. I do, however, remember a good long ascent which was runnable all the way up. Then (surprise, surprise) more of a down theme. Maybe someone else can be more useful.

    The highlight last year was a human fruit machine consisting of three blokes wearing aprons.
