I should be at Trafford, but it will depend on how my calf is (after my run today) as it reminded me last night that old fat lads like me shouldn't do hard track sessions with young fast lads.

What time did you do Stu? It's a PB course. I did 35.43 in 1992.

Pah i ran 36.41 pal last time i ran this one was in 2003 i ran 32.53
