Yup, I'll be there.... looking forward to it. Recce'd the route over the Bank Holiday weekend and it's a classic... Most of the best bits of the Peak District wrapped up in one tiny package ;-)

I plan to be there also. Another jaunt around the Peak, let's hope for a cool clear day.
Forecast at the moment is for sunny, around 17 degrees and a v. light NE wind - pretty good, I'd say!

I'm doing it. Just done my last run beforehand and recce'd the new Cadster Farm diversion.
what do you think of that section
So who is running this one tomorrow? I'll be the one sipping tea and offering words of encouragement as you walk up the gentle incline of Milton Lane from Tunstead Milton.
I hear the entries are up on last year - around 200 this time.
Have just put in my entry... has anyone got a detailed route map or GPS plot so I can do some recces?
Hi Nik,
This gives you a very rough idea - http://www.cs.man.ac.uk/temples-bin/...f=high-peak-40 - it's only the check-points, but I'm sure you could work out your route from there.
There might be some clues as to best lines etc in the race reports at www.runfurther.com too
