How about a trip up north, just south of Edinburgh for the Pentland Skyline.

Sat 06 October 2007 Time 11:00am Venue Midlothian Ski Centre, Hillend, Edinburgh
    Category AL , Distance 26 km Climb 1890 m
Entry Fee £3 on day only
Male Record 2:22:40 Andy Kitchin (1994) Female Record 2:42:29 Angela Mudge (2002)

Good ridge running on the way out, then turning for some soul sapping heather bashing up two killer climbs.

    Go on!

    Jason
Is it meant to be this hard?
