Haglofs sleeping bags are worth checking out.
I picked up a new Haglofs down bag on e-bay for £70 last year.
Excellent quality and design, weighs about 450g.

I got a cumulus sleeping bag from compass point in lytham, it was just over £100 and packs down to under 500grams
It's worth looking at Western Mountaineering. Yes, they are a bit expensive - I paid the equivalent of 180 GBP - but the quality is sublime. I have the WM SummerLite, large. At 560 grams (525 grams for the regular size) the SummerLite has a weight penalty of roughly 100 - 200 grams against some other ultra light bags. However, for this weight penalty you get a sleeping bag without compromise: it has a full length zipper and continuous baffle construction. According to WM it's good up to freezing point but I'm sure it will hold up against some light frost as well.
It'll cost, but it's worth considering.
The new xerox range from Mountain Equipment is highly thought of

Another vote for PHD
I've got a Piqolo which weighs around 420g inc stuff sac (200g of which is 800 Fillpower down). It's only rated to 5 Deg C but I've used it at the OMM and LAMM this year and last and it's been very warm (When wearing thermals).
It can be squeezed down to the size of a large grapefruit, but I tend not to so it lofts quicker when opened.
They do a new ultralight bag too, but their whole range is excellent and they can customise them for you too.
anyone tried or heard of a gelert xtreme light 800? seen them on ebay and they seem lightweight and very cheap!
