    It may be slightly easier on your feet but the final descent has recently had a nice layer of s**t put on for added enjoyment.

    Really enjoyed this one last year..a cracking route. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Recommended!

    It clashed with Thievely Pike last year (English Champs), so we were all there, unfortunately.

    Still not decided whether to do this or the Pennine handicap yet.

    As for Purple Plodder - I'm sure we'd allow a guest to run, so long as you buy the beer afterwards in the Grouse!!
