Wetting the hay? Perhaps now and again....but which pony doesnt have a little trickle now and again?

I thought that was the domain of geriatric ponies I fear he who should be known as "pony express" has been eating too many dandelions in his feed they,re a diuretic don,t you know. Either that or The Master has been slipping him some Lasix in an attempt to slow him up a little.

As a novice fell pony I would hate to disgrace myself at a future gathering so can anyone give me advice on the correct answers, especially question 9?
With regard to question 9 all the options are correct by way of handicapping certain ponies who would be far easier to stay with especially when running a fell race whilst wearing leather boots, pulling a lawn mower and trying to clear a pond.

Lycra garments are for ladies and hay-wetters and my lady pony has no right besmirching my good name in this foul and underhand manner!
